As our Marketing Lead, you'll spearhead the strategy and execution of all marketing initiatives. You’ll own the brand narrative and drive demand generation, user acquisition, and engagement strategies. We’re looking for someone who can blend creativity with analytics, is deeply familiar with digital marketing channels, and has a strong understanding of what makes freelancers tick. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow the user base of our freelancing platform. Drive multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, partnerships, and events. Lead customer acquisition initiatives through targeted campaigns, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and paid media. Analyze user data and market trends to optimize marketing tactics and create personalized experiences for freelancers and businesses. Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment across all channels. Build strong relationships within the freelancing community and with businesses in need of freelance talent.
